Frances, made my refinance experience a true pleasure. She was a total professional, and gave me her cellphone number, so I could reach her at anytime, with any questions. Everything, all paperwork (except the closing) was completed online. The closing took place in my home, so that was a truly great experience also. The closing was quick, with the papers notarized.
