Our boy ce gave me a cold call because rates were down a little. We came to the conclusion that I didn't want a lower payment I wanted a shorter loan. He seemingly moved mountains to get this refi done and done before Christmas at that. Him and the rocket team were all wonderful and accommodating.

Pretty standard experience initially - Hamze is a pleasant guy - but once our loan became complex he ignored us for over a week with no response to emails or phone calls. We had to email the main rocket line to get escalated and never heard from him again. Additionally he didn’t reach out to us with updates we always had to email or call him and ask. No real value add.
