Lack of communication and answering of emails and phone calls taking to long cause us to have a higher payment. First call with her was good then nothing was followed through on and documents not submitted once given to her caused longer wait times for processing. All in all wish we went woth another company

I cannot say enough positive things about Alex and Renee. From day 1 when I inquired about getting a mortgage, they immediately told me what I needed to do and pay off or pay down. Being fair to Peter I will not give a review. Ours was a unique situation and I got the feeling he was dealing with a moving target from the underwriters throughout our process. Long story short we were pre approved for up to a $300,000. dollar loan with 20% down on a second home. After we had written a contract on a $245,000 home those numbers became 25% down with a requirement to pay down the ...Being fair to Peter I will not give a review. Ours was a unique situation and I got the feeling he was dealing with a moving target from the underwriters throughout our process. Long story short we were pre approved for up to a $300,000. dollar loan with 20% down on a second home. After we had written a contract on a $245,000 home those numbers became 25% down with a requirement to pay down the loan interest to the tune of around $2,400. All this because we are retired but having demonstrated an average free cash flow income of over $9,000. a month and a net worth exceeding 1.5 million. It appeared my loan morphed into a cash grab trying to get as many fees and up front cost added to a loan Rocket Mortgage plans to flip.
