Michael and his team did a great job. They were able to close my loan as quickly as one would expect in the crush of applications. My questions were answered efficiently and they explained all of the options, ie. points and various fee structures well and we were able to make decisions we were happy with. The only thing I didn't love was their choice of appraisal company and I would suggest reaching out to a local realtor to potentially source an appraiser.
