I had originally applied for a cash-out refi but it turned out to be too expensive so Elizabeth took it upon herself to figure out a better deal for me. She was able to lower my interest rate on my VA loan to 2.25%! I was more excited about this than anything else because it lowered my mortgage payment by $200! YIPPEEE!! I was very pleased with how easy the entire process was.
