Working with other finance companies recently does not compare with the excellent service we received from Stuart Russ.

I had originally applied for a cash-out refi but it turned out to be too expensive so Elizabeth took it upon herself to figure out a better deal for me. She was able to lower my interest rate on my VA loan to 2.25%! I was more excited about this than anything else because it lowered my mortgage payment by $200! YIPPEEE!! I was very pleased with how easy the entire process was. Dan called with an offer to drop the interest rate on a refinance of my mortgage. I accepted his offer. I did have a couple of questions, but I missed Dan's called. He left word that the info on the Refi paperwork was what he stated. I felt I did not need to call back with my question with the message he left.
