We recently refinanced our home with Rocket Mortgage and Mr. Keven Wacker was our banker throughout the process. This is not the first time financing or refinancing a home, but I will say because of Keven Wacker it was the easiest and quickest one we have ever done. Any time of the day or any day of the week if we had a question he was always right there to assist us. Does not listen & regardless of my needs, concerns, etc...kept repeating the same things. Simply doesn't seem to care & will say yes to many things just to get a loan done. I tried for days to work with him, gave many chances over, attempting to establish some kind of connection & understanding. This is NOT an experience I'd wish for anyone. I called the company back hoping to help them help HIM ...Does not listen & regardless of my needs, concerns, etc...kept repeating the same things.
