Does not listen & regardless of my needs, concerns, etc...kept repeating the same things. Simply doesn't seem to care & will say yes to many things just to get a loan done. I tried for days to work with him, gave many chances over, attempting to establish some kind of connection & understanding. This is NOT an experience I'd wish for anyone.
