I don't usually do reviews but had to on this since this was a great experience. Alec was very helpful in working the numbers to fit our needs and was so patient and explain things to make sure we understood everything. The whole team at Rocket Mortgage from the start to the finish was wonderful. Would recommend highly to anyone wanted a great and smooth experience.

Keanen is a stereotypical aggressive salesperson that will continue to contact you even after explicitly asking to no longer be contacted. He emails and calls on weekends, odd hours, etc. and uses predatory tactics like urgency to try and force a response. If and when we refinance or move we will certainly not be using Rocket for anything mortgage related if these are the practices they encourage.
