Sammy, my buddy - he was professional even though I am super casual. He made me comfortable in an uncomfortable financial world. He accommodated my weird hours of operation and recognized my phone number. He was very knowledgeable not needing to bring in any extra help that I know of. The closing needs to be explained. We did not know someone was coming to our home to notarize signatures. We thought it might be all done online and by phone.
