He stayed on top of everything and would even answer questions in the evenings and weekends....... we were blown away by his commitment to serve and to make sure that our process went smoothly.

Laura is the most important phone call I ever picked up!! I had started a refinance application the night before and I guess there was only so much info that the computer is set up to do so I gave up and figured I would stick with the other company. The next day I was sitting at the Vet(in my car) waiting for my dogs when a call from Detroit came in. Normally I would think it was a spam call but ...Laura is the most important phone call I ever picked up!! The next day I was sitting at the Vet(in my car) waiting for my dogs when a call from Detroit came in. Normally I would think it was a spam call but something told me to pick up. It was Laura from Rocket Mortgage/ Rocket. I told her the issues I had the night before and she immediately started manually entering what was needed for my VA refinance. She locked me in to a great 2.5% interest rate when the other guys wouldn't give anything under a 3.67%. I was sold just for the reason that there was someone helping me that actually cared about my situation.

When I tell you that I had some issues including a equity line that was a thorn in my side for years and the fact that it was a charge off which made it invisible to the credit report. That was not helping because I needed to show consecutive payments in order to qualify for the refinance. Laura and her team jumped through some serious hoops to get me straight even having a conference call with the company that held the equity line. They were able to get everything straightened out and got me refinanced so I am looking at 1 mortgage payment now and even with the 2 combined I am paying 400 less per month.

While talking to Laura in the weeks during the process I got to know about her and her family since we shared a love of Hockey. Laura is a dedicated Hockey mom who is proud of both of her kids who play youth travel hockey. We are the same because my son played for many years and we laughed when I told her I was "That" Hockey dad that got a little loud during games. If you ever have the opportunity to work with Laura just know that you are in very good hands.

Thank you for always reassuring me that everything was going to work out even when I pushed the panic button.. She always told me that if she had any reason to be concerned she would let me know right away. Laura was the best phone call I ever received!!Read MoreRead Less

Tara was present or available through the entire process of refi'ing my home. She set everything in motion and walked me through the process. When I had questions - and I had many - Tara answered the phone and patiently explained what was happening or called me back within 24 hours to do the same. Annie was awesome all the way through the process. The whole reason I chose Rocket Mortgage was because of her. Other lending companies added a lot of fluff to appear to be the best but I could tell they were just telling me what they thought I wanted to hear to get my business.
