Mr. Rockey helped out on my refinance. He worked with me through out the process and was available to answer all of my questions. He was also really quick on returning calls whenever i was unable to reach him.

Initially, Connor was very good and attentive. However, documents were not passed on to the rest of the team as was promised, thus resulting in total incompetence of the entire refi process to such that we have received a REFUND of part of our closing costs. Letters were written both to Rocket Mortgage and AMROCK, the closing agents. I received reply email from the Banker stating that “I have ...Initially, Connor was very good and attentive.
