Excellent example of how customer service is done. Mark made the process from start to finish easy and was very thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. If I was in a position overseeing a customer service team, I would put Mark in charge of training representatives on how it's done. I have experienced no one better. Wall to wall 5 stars.
