Charlie solicited me for a refinance and once I was on board but needed clarification of the closing numbers that weren't aligned with what he said they'd be he stopped communicating. Did not answer my many phone calls or emails. Other Rocket Mortgage employees stepped in, contacting him to contact me. When that still didn't happen they said we should bypass him and they'd take over!
