I was thrilled at first, managing to get a preapproval in about 20 minutes on the phone. The house ended up being a nightmare, so I promptly emailed her to let her know it wasn't going to work. I asked what to do for a preapproval to give us a price range we were eligible for. All of the sudden, a conventional loan wouldn't be available for enough to buy anything in our area, including the first ...I was thrilled at first, managing to get a preapproval in about 20 minutes on the phone. All of the sudden, a conventional loan wouldn't be available for enough to buy anything in our area, including the first house and there were other issues. Rather than giving me ALL of the info I needed to rectify the situation, I was given a vague answer that got me nowhere after numerous calls she directed me to make. I repeatedly asked for more info, but didn't get a response until 24 hours after the initial call about the issue.

Her communication is awful, she will just talk over you and ignore your questions, and I feel like I've been duped into taking a huge hit on my credit to get nowhere.
