Jill is the most amazing person both personally and professionally. I have dealt with Jill through 3 refinances. Jill is extremely knowledgeable and totally clear on every step of the way through the entire process. She goes above and beyond to make sure you clearly understand every step you take. She walks you through and answers every question if it's not clear to me. She's especially patient with seniors.... understanding the difficulty in today's technology. I was so impressed with the way she knows her way around every form and explains each document in a way I can be sure of what I am signing. I was completely done over the phone in a short time. I was amazed. She contacted me often, she kept me updated and gave me a heads up right up to my closing. All three times went smoothly and hassle free. Every time I contacted Jill she was right there to answer the phone call (what a concept). She even answered my call on Saturday evening in the most polite and professional manor.
