Roberto is amazing as a credit specialist with Rocket Mortgage! Not only is he easily and readily accessible, he is knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and as an added bonus, he does it all with a sense of humor! I'm not the type of person to do reviews normally. With that said I completely understand why Cass is a Triple Crown Recipient. He went above and beyond from the first time he reached out to me. I had been working with another person and that person was the complete opposite of Cass. He was tasked to seeing why my husband and I just cold stopped our refi. That day he saved us money and Rocket Mortgage kept a long time customer. All because he cared and it showed. It truly was like chatting with a long time friend every single time we talked. He made everything so simple and smooth. When I had questions he made sure that the answers were clear and simple. Jill was just awful to try to work with. She was very pushy and wouldn’t listen to anything that I had to say. She didn’t have a clue what I was talking about when I would bring up details that I had spoke with her about before. If you didn’t get her the documents she wanted exactly when she wanted them she would call at all hours bugging you for them. I have worked in sales for years and am a manager at my position now and I would tell you I would never hire somebody like this.
