Nikki was so very pleasant to work with! At first we thought my re-fi request would not go thru. And the first time it was declined. I called Rocket Mortgage back a week later and got the pleasure to work with Nikki. I asked her to please try for me again. She told me that she did not think it would be approved. She told me: “it sounds like you have a great deal with the other mortgage company!” I...Nikki was so very pleasant to work with! At first we thought my re-fi request would not go thru.
