Just like my first refi Kyle made everything painless and easy. He is very knowledgeable and walks you through each step of the process!

Initially, we were not really interested in refinancing again, since we just did so in 2020. However, he explained the benefits of going ahead, and we're glad we did, as it saves us over $100 per month. Roberto was absolutely amazing at assisting me through every step of the loan process! He was patient as I explained what I was looking for and trying to achieve through refinancing, he made sure I knew all of my options and how the process worked to calculate my rates, resulting in getting a 2% interest reduction!
