Kyle was FANTASTIC! My sister-in-law recommended me so I could refinance my mortgage because the rates were so low (saved me $450+ a month). This was the easiest refinance I have ever done. Kyle was personable and extremely knowledgeable about the process. He explained everything in terminology that was easy to understand and was available to answer my concerns.
