Was thinking of refinancing the middle of 2025 and was hoping for a government reduction in interest rate. Talked to Amy and asked her to contact me in mid-November. She called me and we setup another time to talk on the phone. My initial request was to do a refinance and pay off our 2nd mortgage Home Equity Loan. She looked at all our liabilities and suggested a larger loan to pay off the top 10 creditors. I looked at the additional mortgage increase to do this and found it to be less than $1000 more than the current mortgage. This was far less if we continued to pay the creditors monthly along with their high interest. This was not my first time to refinance and it was our 4th or fifth time to use Rocket. Danny is the guy you want to work with. I had been told no by other agents on a refinance, Danny called and told me he could do it. I was hesitant but he never gave up and sure enough, the new mortgage came through. I will 100% reach out to Danny again once I am ready to purchase another home.
