Jorge was great on the front portion of setting up the loan!! When it came down to the final stages of finalizing the loan and the closing process the communication level went from a 5 star to a 3 star. I felt like he closed the deal and was done with us and moved on. We still recommended him to a very close friend of ours and the close this week.
