Cass was awesome to work with. Very professional and responsive. He was candid and delivered everything he promised. He beat all other rates first pass without all the games to match other offers. He always answered email and texts immediately. He also explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had so I completely understood the every step of the process. I was very impressed with Cass and for any future mortgages or refits, I will just contact him directly. I contacted many mortgage companies and glad I got Cass. By far the best I talked to and no pressure to sign! He even held the rate for me to think about and discuss with my wife which others wouldn't do. Max was incredibly helpful as we initiated the refinance process. First of all, he was available on a Sunday (!), which made things so easy for us. He was efficient and knowledgeable and answered all our questions without any confusion or hesitancy.

Very good to work with. Responds within a reasonable amount of time to inquiries. Given my background as a bank auditor and former banker, I was prepared for the process going smoothly or having an unforeseen hiccup. I had the later. That said, I found him to be among one of most professional bankers with whom I've had interaction, and I've dealt with a lot.

Harrison Wyatt did a great job in assistance my wife and I with refinancing our Rocket Loan. The process started a bit shaky in that my PC died and I was unable to scan and send required documents for Harrison's use. However, his quick thinking suggested that I take pictures of those docs and send them via email using my cell phone. This process was totally new to me, I am techy challenged :) . But all went well. Harrison received the docs and the process continued. Through the process Harrison kept in contact with us providing information as one step finished and another was taken. Everything Harrison said would happen did occur. However, if we were "surprised" by a step, Harrison was able to remedy it or provide a well thought explanation of what was needed.
