I had a terrible experience with my loan purchase with Hugh. There were several instances of miscommunication and inaccurate information provided, that impacted the home buying process. He gave inaccurate information in my offer letter which could have impacted our ability to have the home purchase. Finally, my employment was not verified until the evening before my closing, which led to numerous other people working late and unnecessary stress while traveling across the country to the closing for our new home.
