After the most terrible experience with the confused, low knowledge, zero help people of Wells Fargo Mortgage (I tried with them for my refinance as I thought that with them having my current mortgage it would be easier) I contacted Brenda from Rocket Mortgage. She helped me all the way through, spent a lot of time making sure my documentation was OK and followed up on every step of the way.
