When learning something completely new, Hassan is the person you'd want to teach you. He knows how to break down big pieces of information into smalls way so that everyone can understand him. If they don't, Hassan takes the wheel and steers us to where we need to be. I feel nothing but blessed that I received a trainer who not only cares, but pushes me to be GREAT.

My worries about the appraisal did not come true which enabled this whole process to go through. There isn't a space big enough for me to express how much James helped me with my refinancing process. James was very patient and explained the whole process to me, some parts he explained more than once lol. When I purchased my home I was very young and had no one to help me with the process, so really James was explaining the buying process and the refinancing process to me. If he didn't know the answer right then he made sure to find out before the next time we spoke. I'm so glad I got James when I called, I couldn't imagine going through the process with anyone else.
