Mack made the loan application process less stressful for us. He is knowledgeable on all parts of the application, explains and answers questions so that anyone can understand.
He was so accessible. If he did not pick up when I called it would only be a matter of minutes for a return call or email from him with instructions. His concern for us and quick responses to some unique challenges prevented us from getting Buyers Remorse during the application process. I can’t imagine how this process could have been easier.
