I am that kind of person who is not so comfortable doing business with unsolicited calls or emails, but I'm just so thankful to pick up this one call from Rocket Mortgage. The moment I spoke to Allan on the very first time about refinancing, he gave me the confidence and removed my doubts about doing business online. The Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage website used in the process is a very efficient one making it easy to communicate back and forth about the status and requirements. My closing was scheduled in a short reasonable amount of time. I had gone to a few financing/refinancing in the past dealing with local banks, and I would say dealing with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage online is the least painful and effortless one I had experienced. I would definitely recommend.
