Timothy is the BEST!! I have refinanced before but this time I got Timothy Dugas of Rocket Mortgage to help me. Best experience ever. Qualified me and took all my info on the first call with him and the next day he called me back to let me know how things were going. Within a few days I was done! I think his supervisor should give him a hug and a bonus of course.
