I would give more stars if I could. Erick was a super nice guy, very respectable and very professional. I just called him to just check if it was possible to get a loan on a house I was interested in. Next thing I know I'm closing. In less than 30 days. WOW! Thank you, Eric

We highly recommend Mack and the Rocket Mortgage team. Mack made the whole application process for the mortgage stress free for us. He kept in touch with every step along the way guiding us through the documents we needed to supply and when to expect items for review and signature. Mack is so professional and was always there to answer questions for us. It was such a pleasure to work with him.

Geoff was awesome to work with. He answered any questions I had right away and was never waiting on him. The process itself was a little difficult, but Geoff made it easier and was helpful the whole time. I was so appreciative to get the opportunity to work with him.

Highly recommend Mack and the Rocket Team. We were not considering Rocket Mortgage when we were searching home loans but were referred by our financial advisor. We got very responsive service. Mack was available whenever we needed questions answered and when quick on quiting us new options. Once we decided to go with Rocket, Mack continued to stay in touch and make sure the process went smoothly....Highly recommend Mack and the Rocket Team. Tracy called me recently on Saturday morning. 4 days later and I am clear to close scheduling my closing on my refinance. What a relief and easy experience this was and Tracy was helpful all along the way. Anytime I called or texted with questions he was quick to respond. My motto now is, “Trust in Tracy”. He did me right and cleared a lot of hurdles that were in my way. I cant wait to close and ...Tracy called me recently on Saturday morning. 4 days later and I am clear to close scheduling my closing on my refinance.
