The new team member bullied me and was so condescending when he spoke to me I was ready to give up. Ryan remained a great resource, explaining the technicality of the documentation. The other team member had me so shut down. Ryan calmed things down, offered what help he could and even called just to ask how I was doing. If it wasn’t for him I think I might have just given up.
