Sam was not helpful and ended the chat in a very rude manner. He also kept asking questions that were already answered on the application. You need to clone this man. He is super great, and patient when I was going through everything while explaining things. Thats big for me. He made this so much less stressful for me, if I had an issue he made sure to do adjustments to make things how I needed them. Thanks to him for everything. Give him a fat raise, he deserves it
