The only downside is knowing that when I call Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage in the future that I may not get to work with Cass again. I would recommend Cass with eyes closed, knowing that whomever he serves, will feel as good and be given the right solution for their current home financing/refinancing solution in such competitive market.
