Jeremy fought for my refi application. When a 2nd tier reviewer was going to deny me because they read the rules wrong (I've been self-employed for 2+ years at the time of the application and had 2 years of income tax, but he wanted my 2020 tax return in addition and told me to reapply again later), Jeremy stepped in and rescued my application from being denied.

And when he had to wait for me to finish my 2019 personal tax return, he was very patient and was always courteous when I had to keep moving our phone appointments since I was waiting for my bookkeeper.
