Jeremy fought for my refi application. When a 2nd tier reviewer was going to deny me because they read the rules wrong (I've been self-employed for 2+ years at the time of the application and had 2 years of income tax, but he wanted my 2020 tax return in addition and told me to reapply again later), Jeremy stepped in and rescued my application from being denied.

Like a previous reviewer also said,...Jeremy fought for my refi application. And when he had to wait for me to finish my 2019 personal tax return, he was very patient and was always courteous when I had to keep moving our phone appointments since I was waiting for my bookkeeper. Paul was friendly and knowledgeable but when I inquired regarding rate and points I was not given adequate answers. I should have pushed harder and stopped the process but I foolishly moved forward thinking I would get competitive rates. Turns out that I paid 30 basis points more than competition and one point more in closing.
