Seth was great. There was excellent communication from him all through the process. He helped me close my refinance quickly. I started the process with my bank. After 4 months of very little communication, they kept asking for documents that I had already provided, or had "expired" since they took so long. Dumping my bank and going with Seth was the best decision I made with this whole process.
