Paul was the 1st contact I had when looking into refinancing our home loan. I never had a problem throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable every step of the way. I felt comfortable asking him whatever questions I had. He treated me kindly and with respect. As a Senior, I was never treated as someone who lacked info or who would need extra care.
