This had not been my earlier experience from Rocket Mortgage Re-fi team members. I was previously met with sales aggressiveness and rudeness and frankly had felt very insulted. Because he listened to me from the beginning, allowed me to get back to him, was not inappropriately aggressive, and very responsive, a win-win outcome was the outcome. I really appreciated his style and the way I was handled as a customer. Little did he know that in addition to my principal employment, I am a Customer Service Strategist and can accurately assess good from lesser service skills.
