I would like to point out that the quickness of this process was great!

Unfortunately, I will say i am disappointed overall. I felt there was not great transparency. I asked for broken down costs and my totals and it took some time to get what I wanted. Then after i got the information, i was told i would need to give a credit card for $500 but would get it back at the end, for what was not ...I would like to point out that the quickness of this process was great!

Then after i got the information, i was told i would need to give a credit card for $500 but would get it back at the end, for what was not entirely clear. I never gave my credit card so.....? I was told one of the nice things with this company is that they keep my loan and dont sell it. Then i got a letter from sallie mae letting me know they now have my loan.
Perhaps i miss understood everything he said, but i have bought 2 homes and have to say this was not my favorite experience. I know it was rushing to get things done and again do appreciate the timeliness, but believe there really is no excuse for the concerns I listed.Read MoreRead Less
