We’ve used rocket in the past and had a great experience. This time for our refi it was hit or miss. First day Mariana was on top of it, pushing us to get the initial documents signed and completed. After that, we had to advocate for ourselves and talk to a supervisor. We kept getting different numbers throughout the process.
