I have always been pleased by the overall experience, however, when it said and done, it's the client service rep that drives the effort. Ryan was excellent in keeping me informed and assisting me as I completed step required on a recent refi. Jon made the process of obtaining a mortgage very easy. I had a lot of questions that he answered with great patience. The Rocket Mortgage app made it easy to upload my documents and see where my application was in the process. I even made a last minute change to the final amount of the mortgage loan I was seeking and Jon handled the change with ease.

I wish I could work with Orval every time! When he called to go over my loan and see how he could save me money, I honestly didn't think I would qualify for much. With the rates at an all time low, Orval was able to set me up with paying off several bills, reducing my monthly out flow and get me enough extra to get my rood redone! This was stressing me out immensely. Roofs are not cheap. He told ...I wish I could work with Orval every time!
