It was just a matter of happenstance that I ran across a property that suited my needs and I needed to act fast because of other legitimate offers that were being made. I had left my phone at my brothers house and used the On-Site Realtors Funding guy, that also specialized in a VA Loan. I was committed and didn't want to make a change to the current loan process.
