Greg was outstanding. Because I am older, and don't have a good grasp on how the internet works (and everything happens on the internet now), he patiently talked me through the loan process every step of the way, including telling me how to upload documents, What a good man, Thank you ever so much, Greg.

Here we are again in June, calling Jimmy for help. He is as professional, patient, and kind as before. Couldn't as for a better person.
Thank you, Jimmy.

I have worked with Kristine Maxwell at Rocket Mortgage through the years as my needs have changed. She is extremely trustworthy, as well as very easy to talk to. She will answer all of your questions and listen to any concerns you may have. She is professional, polite, and responsive. I highly recommend working with Kristine Maxwell and Rocket Mortgage.

She is excellent, responds to voicemail immediately when she isn’t available. Answers all questions, explains everything, and gets back soon if she needs to get information elsewhere to answer questions. Highly recommended.

Niko made getting our loan feel more like we had a friend who happened to work at Rocket than we just had a loan agent. He was compassionate, friendly and efficient. He was responsive and always got back to us promptly on the rare occasion he couldn't help us immediately. He made the process feel effortless on our part and put my wife and I at ease on what can be a very stressful time.
