I also find him to be extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. He was also able to customize my refinance to my personal needs. Additionally, Gino always had a solution for any difficult situation we faced, he was always able to maintain all situations that seemed confusing or stressful, especially when dealing with out real estate agent who was not as easy and always seemed challenging as she wanted to convince us to use her lending company (which was different from Rocket Mortgage) right in the beginning. So, we were so blessed to have Gino process our Mortgage; he made sure we benefited from the best rate ever one could have for mortgage: 2.25%.
