Zac is the absolute BEST!! Not only does he do his job incredibly well, he does everyone else's job well for you so the whole process will go that much more smoothly. Zac is on top of everything (honestly I don't know how he juggles so much!), he's personable, knowledgeable, very responsive, and worked so hard to make sure I got the best deal I could.

Kyle was professional, relatable, and didn't pull the wool over your eyes. He was up front with the refinance costs and overestimated at first to not surprise you at the end. The costs were lower than he even mentioned.
