Everything that I was originally told when I began the process turned out not to be true. The entire experience with Rocket was terrible and cost me more than 1000 out of pocket. I cannot wait to refinance in another 6 months with a different company. Melissa at Better Mortgage was a much better person and mortgage broker.

This is our second time getting a mortgage, and the first with Rocket and Laura, and wow was it 100 times easier this time around than the first time. We recently closed, and both my wife and I are still waiting for the "other shoe to drop!"

The portal was relatively easy to navigate, there were integrations with the title company, and Laura was able to answer all my "I really don't know what I'm ...This is our second time getting a mortgage, and the first with Rocket and Laura, and wow was it 100 times easier this time around than the first time.
