Jon has a very personable and friendly voice. In his voice I can hear honesty and a desire to help his customers in the refinance process. He immediately creates an instant connection with a total stranger over the phone and takes a natural and friendly tone, a great attitude, and engagement in his work. I would honestly rate Jon's customer service skills as the very best that I have experienced in a long time. I am a medical biller and I am on the phone all week long with insurance companies and patients and Jon's exceptional customer service skills stand out. You can tell he loves his work and loves his interaction with his customers.

Whenever Jon called me I was always greeted with a friendly voice. He always kept his appointments and commitments which are lacking in this world today. He took the time to answer my questions and always treated me with respect and kindness and I never felt rushed. I suspect his parents should be commended for raising such a fine young man. I would be proud to call him my son if he were my own.

I also wanted to commend the Rocket Mortgage and Refinance site. It was very easily accessed and understandable. The emails that I received told me exactly what was needed from me. The subject line of the emails were very beneficial: "Here is the Next Step" and "Take Action" - I knew that I had to complete some work. The emails never left me wondering what was next or if I needed to complete more paperwork or submit documents. I have never had access to a site that is so easily understandable.
