We wanted to start with a pre approval with no pressure to secure a mortgage just in case we found our ideal next home. We worked with Evan on several properties we had in our “short list” and he went the extra mile to ensure the properties were viable for the sales price. He was very prompt and helpful even when we were a bit slow in providing documents once we decided to make our offer. We never felt pressured or experienced “the salesperson” pressure as we took our time finding our ideal home. I would definitely recommend Evan for your needs - Evan is perfect for guiding you the process by gently moving you along without the pressure, stress and hassle.Read MoreRead Less

I checked all of my local banks and none of them were able to get me approved. After one phone call with John he was able to not only make me feel confident in my home search, he was also able to get me everything I needed to get my offer accepted! I didn’t think I’d ever become a homeowner and John worked evenings and weekends to make sure I’d be able to make my dream a reality.
