We have refinanced a few times with Rocket Mortgage. You will receive numbers from the banker and then get different numbers before settlement. Each time we have to call the banker and get them to fix the numbers. Guillaume fixed the numbers just as previous bankers have for us. So in the end everything was fine. I just wish that Rocket Mortgage kept better track of what everyone was saying and the bankers didn't have to go back and fix things. Which they will do and Guillaume did as well.Read MoreRead Less
