Friendly and knowledgeable overall, but slightly pushy with getting my to sign things before I was ready. At a certain point he just completely disappeared and passed me onto the next guy, leaving me with no clue who I needed to talk to. Wasn't impressed.

Trish was absolutely amazing! She was very diligent in helping us buy our first home. She went above the call of duty to make sure she answered all my questions, and was well informed.
