I admit, when Bob first started calling me almost daily and leaving messages on my machine, it irritated me a little bit. I thought, "Doesn't this guy get that I'm not interested?" Well, his persistence finally paid off and I decided to answer his call one day. After all, he had stated in one of his messages that with new interest rates, he could really help me out with refinancing our home. ...I admit, when Bob first started calling me almost daily and leaving messages on my machine, it irritated me a little bit. After all, he had stated in one of his messages that with new interest rates, he could really help me out with refinancing our home. Boy was he right!!! I used Rocket Mortgage for my original home loan with skepticism. It was the smoothest transaction I could have asked for! Then, a couple years later, I refinanced to get my new husband on the deed which also went very smoothly. In all honesty though, this second refinance was the smoothest transaction of the three. Not only was I able to get a lower interest rate, I was able to get enough cash with the refinance to build the garage my husband and I had been wanting for so long.
